Today’s episode features Mental Health Advocate, Brian Hansell.  Over the last several weeks there have been several tragedies to take place within the Amazon/ E-Commerce business world. Across the world, Covid-19 has only exacerbated the very real issue that so many people are dealing with on a daily basis. I would like to dedicate Friday’s episode to National Suicide Prevention Day (The official day is September 10th) and talk about mental health on Friday. In today’s talk we dive into the importance of mental health and our own personal experiences.

Brian Hansel is a trained Mental Health First Aid and he is a certified workplace psychological health and safety advisor. Brian shares his experiences following the tragic loss of his son Paul, who lost his life to suicide and how he overcame his sorrow. He believes that by talking about
mental health, we can break the stigma.
